What we collect
Only when you voluntarily submit a consultation form: your name, one contact method (QQ/WeChat/phone/email), your request, and an optional budget range. All other browsing is anonymous statistics (anonymous device ID, page paths) that cannot identify you.
Why we collect
For one purpose only: to reply to you through the contact you left. Never used for anything else.
Where it's stored & for how long
Stored in a database node on an overseas cloud (Singapore). We keep only the minimum required fields; you can ask for deletion at any time — we delete within 7 days and confirm (see below).
How to delete / contact us
Email hi@mvphub.org with subject "Delete my info" — we process within 7 days and send a receipt.
